Ordering
Flat Stamp, Embossing, Combo, Debossing, Intaglio and Pad Plates
Images are output to
a Linotronic imagesetter. Maximum width is 12 inches, with unlimited
length.
Files must be
in the following format:
Scaling should be 100% actual
size
Files should indicate right-reading
Tints and screens should be
assigned 100% black fill
Care should be taken in choosing appropriate
line widths. "Fine Line" and "Hair Line" areas do
not reproduce well and tend to break up during the etching process, we
recommend a minimum of two points line width.
Fonts should be included in
your document, or even better, convert your fonts to "Path"
or "Outline." CorelDraw files should be converted to
curves
Please include the following additional information in your file
or on the completed order form:
Material to be embossed or stamped
Depth of emboss
Any special instructions
